Overview

Working hand in glove with our parent company, Glanville Environmental's CCTV Division, Glanville Geospatial can offer CCTV and drainage surveys to enable inspections to be carried out in drains, sewers, ducting, culverts and tanks without the need for human access. Our highly qualified CCTV operators use state-of-the-art equipment to deliver high-resolution, full-colour surveys.

CCTV & Drainage Surveys

Benefits & Applications

  • Accurate assessment. Using our CCTV Division, our CCTV surveys can clearly and accurately view the condition of inaccessible assets. Our surveys form part of initial assessments and regular maintenance
  • Fast results. CCTV identifies damage and blockages quickly so that the right maintenance can be carried out without delay. With our Wincan Web Cloud Portal, results can also be viewed remotely online, for faster decision making
  • Safer, cheaper surveying. Using CCTV can reduce or remove the need for human access to confined spaces – making it a safer and cheaper option
  • Integration. With topographic survey for 3D analysis.

CCTV can be used to survey numerous inaccessible areas, including:

  • Sewers
  • Drains
  • Tanks
  • Chambers
  • Ducting
  • Culverts
  • Tunnels

Service Provision

The full mainline self-levelling colour camera systems come equipped with pan and tilt facilities. In addition, crawler-mounted camera systems are available to inspect a range of pipe sizes. For smaller pipes, push rod camera systems offer an effective solution. Moreover, remote and portable CCTV survey units provide flexibility in various environments. Complementing these, self-contained battery-operated CCTV systems ensure mobility and ease of use.

To address larger structures, handheld camera systems are designed to inspect large-sized culverts and tunnels. All findings are documented using “Wincan VX” reporting software. Importantly, operators are trained to WRc OS20X and OS21X standards (MSCC5), and all surveyors are PTS-trained for safety and compliance.
